Counselling

Whereas Dramatherapies focus is more on the creative exploratory work, integrative counselling is more of a talking therapy. That said, it can still incorporate some creative aspects.

As an integrative therapist I am able to draw on different aspects and theories of practice to best support you in working through and understanding the issues you bring with you, this may include the use of a sand tray, art and creative writing.

Integrative counselling aims to promote healing and treats you as a whole- ensuring that all levels of you (mental, physical and emotional ) are enhanced so you reach your full potential. Together we look at every aspect of your life.

Integrative therapy helps to create a healthy mind and body – empowering you to start setting goals and practicing new behaviours that will enable you to move beyond your limitations and discover greater life satisfaction.

As a member of the British association of counselling and psychotherapy (BACP) I adhere to the code of ethics as set out here Ethics and standards for counselling and psychotherapy (bacp.co.uk)
